OE China Team Assist

Key responsibilities:

▪ Confirm Experimental Tire Order delivery with Automotive Engineer

▪ Support on the optimization of internal process

▪ Assist to collect all customer related information in regards to customer orders, supply chain, data correction review

etc.

▪ Assist to issue billing in SAP according to tire order record

▪ Use Continental E-order system to purchase certain required needs from internal staff

▪ Coordinate & record for office supply needs

▪ Coordinate for related task on internal/customer events

▪ Other related HR/admin tasks assigned Key requirements

- At least 3 days per week； Could work for long period, at least 3 months

- Bachelor’s degree. Proven oral English language skill

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill

- Proactive, thoughtful personality
