Main Responsibilities:

1.    协助跟进客人的新品开发及订单大货生产；

2.    管理来自工厂的样品，根据客人要求检查核对样品的外观及品质要求，并做好相应记录，包括样品标签、拍照、存档等，确保寄送客人的样品及时、准确、无误；

3.    确保与客人、工厂及内部各方的沟通顺畅，所有商务邮件须在24小时内回复；

4.    协助管理工厂的业绩，保质保量按时交付客人订单；

5.    负责订单数据的录入更新、存档，根据需要准备相关分析报告；

6.    为质检人员准备相应的验货资料；

7.    协助部门内的行政协调工作，比如预订会议室、预订用车接送客人等；

8.    样品光盘刻录；

9.    协助船务部门准备相应的出口文件；

10.  不定期的商务出差；

11.  根据业务需要的其他工作安排。

12.  Assist on following up the customers new products development and bulk production;

13.  Manage incoming samples from factories and outgoing samples to customers, incl. make and attach label to sample, take professional picture of samples and format them according to requirements;

14.  Assist on keeping good communication and coordination with customers, factories, internal departments, all emails are replied promptly, maximum in 24 hours, to ensure sample and production schedule; 

15.   Assist on managing factories’ performance to deliver the best value and good quality products on time; 

16.   Responsible for data input and updating , catalogues filing, and prepare relevant analysis report as required;

17.   Preparation of QC packs;

18.   Provide assistance on general administrative works;

19.   Bum CD for picture of shipping samples;

20.   Help shipping department filling out export documents;

21.   Regular business travel;

22.   Other tasks according to business needs.

Requirements:

1.     College Degree or above;

2.     Smart and detail-oriented person;

3.     Professional in using excel, word, etc.

4.     Good team work spirit;

5.     Able to wrok under pressure and with short lead-times;

6.     Good English communication skill.
