Job Responsibilities:
1. Partnership with business leaders to understand business priorities, translate into HR initiatives and drive the implementation to support business growth
2. Work with HR functional teams to drive the HR regular operations timely and efficiently;
3. Initiate and deploy HR programs to drive competency improvement and employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, solid HR Operations experience in multinational companies.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Business oriented, result driven, passionate and proactive.
4. Proficient in both oral and written English.
