职位描述：
Purpose:
The RTX Beijing geoscience team needs to update and maintain geodatabase to facilitate interpretation and area selection toward mineral exploration in China.
Major Responsibilities:
1.To collate geoscientific data from both Chinese and English public domain journal articles and academic reports, and the NGA website. This data will essentially consist of mineral occurrences reported in various exploration reports that can be accessed from NGA website and published papers, geochronology of intrusion-related ore deposits and geochronology and whole rock geochemistry of magmatic rocks from published papers in the last 5 years.
2.Data requires collating, under close supervision by a nominated RTX Geoscientist, into databases, and formatting to a usable product.
3.To collect data and assist in the construction of critical layers required for target generation.
4.Short term field work if necessary.
5.Other tasks hand over by leaders.
Requirements:
1.Geoscience-related major, with a minimum of two years postgraduate study;
2.With a level of experience suitable to understand the data (and quality of) that they are assembling;
3.Reasonable English literacy required;
4.Experience in ArcGIS or similar GIS software will be a significant advantage
