JOB POSITION: Deputy Manager 店铺副经理

REPORTING LINE: Store Manager 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 •To deliver exceptional customer service and drive the team to ensure that minimums are maintained across the store

提供并确保团队程度地提供优质的顾客服务

 •To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs

根据业绩需求安排班表，日计划和假期

 •To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation

组织晨会，激励员工的参与度

 •To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the GM to reach budget

协助店长一起完成销售业绩目标

 •To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store

确保店铺的陈列标准的执行和维护。

REQUIREMENT:

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         善长组织和管理技巧

·         Proactive communication

·         积极主动沟通

·         Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness

·         热爱时尚和对市场和流行趋势有敏感度

·         Proven ability to maximize profitability and drive sales

·         具备程度驱动销售的能力

·         Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable and consistent career

·         具备团队领导力，并有相关经验

·         At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry

·         至少一年以上零售管理经验，在快时尚行业优先考虑

·         Speaks English and Chinese, and College Degree above

·         可以中英文沟通，大专以上学历
