The Amazon Client Support Services team has an immediate opening for part time IT Support Engineer-Intern to support Amazon.com's growing presence in the Chengdu office. The successful IT Support Engineer-Intern will be extremely customer focused and must have a good understanding of computer systems (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. They will work with his/her team and manager on resolving internal customer computer system problem, will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests.

Basic Qualifications ·Bachelor Intern-3days a week · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users · Highly self-motivated and directed ·Basic network skill. · Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 7 and additionally one or more of the following: o Mac OS X o Linux · Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and client applications required · Hardware and software troubleshooting experience required - Good verbal and written communication skills with emphasis in customer service, both in Chinese and English language - Perform other duties as assigned

· Master degree intern in Information Technology or related field- 3 days a week · Professional qualifications relating to Microsoft, Linux · CCNA or above holder · Background with Exchange and Active Directory · Former IT experience or training · Linux and Mac experience · Flexibility, thinking on your feet, and strong problem solving skills · Track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an dynamic environment · Knowledge of ITIL Process and Procedures with a focus on Incident Management, Background in Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suit.
