ITD Intern
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT & Digitization intern to join our team with a primary focus on customer interaction and project management within the ITD department. This role offers hands-on experience in bridging technical solutions with customer needs while developing essential project management skills in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a liaison between IT department and internal/external customers
• Gather and document customer requirements for IT projects and initiatives
• Conduct user requirements assessment and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, training and feedback sessions
• Provide first-level technical support and guidance to customers
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project progress and updates
• Create and update project documentation, user guides, and process workflows
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department
• Assist in developing customer communication templates and best practices
Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
• Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
