Responsibilities: Get quotations from supplier base for direct material as needed; Run MRP with production for direct material requisition; Release PO for production demands, track the delivery; Communicate with suppliers for delivery document requirements and quality issue solutions; Support NPI projects for RFQ and PO release, delivery tracking, etc.; Communicate GSP products demands with Channel team and deliver the message to Varian Austin factory for manufacture schedule; Release STO PO to Varian Austin factory, review the commercial invoice and follow up the shipment arrangement; Prepare the documents for Customs clearance for importing the Goods against inbound POs; Work with ECC for HS code classification with submitting GTS tickets, create commercial invoice for return POs and outbound POs; Contact with local Customs agency for onsite inspection for imported Goods when it’s applicable; Handle the return PO, outbound PO for shipment arrangement with FedEx, and submit all the export Customs Clearance documents. Implement all the activities following company procedures and compliance policy. Handle other tasks related to PUR, Export & Import, etc. 职位要求 Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
