Job Objective: 1. Support R&D engineer for various R&D projects in surface blasting and shot peening on a wide range of materials’s surfaces like steel, Aluminum alloy, Titanium alloy, etc. 协助工程师完成各类研发项目，对不同材料如钢材，铝合金，钛合金等表面进行表面喷砂以及喷丸强化等实验； 2. Analysis trial results and write technical report; 分析实验结果，撰写报告； 3. Provide technical assistance to the local sales team and global customers in the industries of consumer electronics, automobile, aviation, precision instrument manufacture, biomaterials and medical devices, etc. 为本土销售团队以及全球客户提供技术支持，涉及领域包括消费电子，汽车，航空航天，精密仪器制造，生物材料及医疗器械等。 4. Laboratory management: equipment operation, maintanence & upgrading, Samples management, etc 实验室管理：实验室设备操作，维护，升级改造；以及样品管理等等

Job Responsibilities: 1. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。 2.Fulfill product analysis, benchmark, and competitor analysis strictly, precisely and efficiently with the instruction of engineers.  在工程师的指导下高效的完成产品性能分析，产品平行比较，竞争对手产品分析测试。 3.Be involved in new product development and application test, join project discussion, and contribute reasonable and constructive ideas.参与新产品开发及新产品应用测试，参与项目讨论，提出合理有建设性的建议。  4. Assist engineers in technical support for customers, fulfilling lab demo test of blasting or shot peening strictly.协助工程师为客户提供技术支持，高效地完成各种喷砂及强化的实验室测试。 5. lab management: daily maintenance & upgrading, sample management, lab consumable material purchase; sample sorting, arrangement, submission and delivery. 管理实验室，进行设备日常维护，升级改造，样品管理；实验的消耗材料的购买，以及实验样品的分类整理，样品提交及传送。

Job Requirements: 1）Background: Materials Science and Engineering/ 材料科学与工程, Inorganic materials 无机材料; Chemistry 化学 2）College above degree . 大专及以上学历 3）Basic English in both written and spoken 基本的英语听说读写能力 4）Open and flexible minded, initiative, efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.思路开阔灵活，有效率，有自制力。
