· Act as a point of contact in MCS for queries related to Direct buying transactional P2P processes.

· Provide support to buyers within the defined P2P process guidelines.

· Work efficiently with a wide range of internal clients.

· Actively seek and identify inefficiencies of the existing systems & processes.

· Provide support to MCS Senior Specialists with the current process improvement projects.

· Support process improvement initiatives across P2P processes.

· Track metrics and KPIs as defined in MCS Service Catalogue.

· Together with the area leads work on continuous improvement of existing and creation of new process documentation.

Professional experience:

· Preferred experience in Shared Service Centers (Master data, Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement), procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments would be an asset.

Qualifications & skills:

· University degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business.

· Professional knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese language.

· Good level of English language is also required.

· Basic knowledge of core P2P functional competencies.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic problem solving skills.

· Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload.

· Ability to analyze data and assess information quickly.

· Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.
