Intern – Quality Project steering
Department: Exterior & Interior Purchasing & Quality Management

Job Purpose
Support the team in project coordination, data management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in purchasing, quality tracking, and supplier management for exterior/interior components.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Reporting & Data Analysis
o Assist in data collection analyzing quality performance reports (e.g., scope list analysis, quality KPIs).
o Maintain databases for quality scope and update dashboards for team review.
o Regular update on project landscape and quality business roadmap.
2. Supplier Database Maintenance
o Track and update supplier information in the purchasing database.
3. Project Coordination
o Help organize cross-functional meetings (e.g., agendas, minutes, follow-ups).
4. Administrative Support
o Prepare materials for internal/external events (e.g., workshops, supplier visits).
o Other team activities support on distribution.
o Assist with ad hoc tasks like document formatting, presentation updates, and filing.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of procurement/quality processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
