Key Responsibilities
•Manage and maintain an up-to-date store list.
•Contract/document application and management.
•Store monthly and annual stock take monitor and support.
•Consolidate store regular reports.
•Prepare and handle payment requisitions and check store expense.
•Provides administrative support to stores or based on operations requests.
•Responsible for monthly store staff attendance and roster monitor.
•Arrange new staffs on board process and training schedule.
Requirements & Capabilities:
•Able to have multi-task and work under pressure
•Proficiency in PC and Microsoft skills
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
