Support on daily
     recruitment activities and coordination work including job posting,
     candidate sourcing/leads generation, phone screening & shortlist,
     interview & logistic arrangement, candidate follow up, etc.Facilitate on recruitment
     data collection, data handling, and report generation.Effectively coordinate
     with internal hiring teams and stakeholders to facilitate the
     quality of communicationsSupport on other Talent
     Acquisition projects, e.g. employer branding, promotion on social media
     (e.g. WeChat), campus project, etc.Requirements:
Graduate student major in
     HRM or management related, overseas study experience will be a plus.
     Chinese nationality is a mandatory.Experience: Internship
     experience related to HR work & experience in MNC is
     preferred   Good English
     communication will be mustConfident, self-motivated
     paying attention to specific details, flexible and determined to get the
     work doneAdvanced skills in Ms
     Word, PowerPoint  and ExcelAbility to continuously
     learn and implement area of improvements  Ability to organize and
     communicate with team membersAbility to prioritize and
