Assist to production department to prepare required document;

Assist to setup formal department documentation (e.g. job descriptions)

Prepare reports and management presentations

Collect data and prepare statistics about our construction sites

Develop picture catalogue as future contract attachment regarding quality requirements

Prepare construction documentation for authority approvals

Assist the department to complete other related work

Bachelor or higher student in mechanic or related industrial major;   

Expert usage of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Proficiency in English or German

Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit
