Name of Project: Corporate events & Internal Communication
Main Tasks:
- Support preparation and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda development, briefing materials, logistics, and follow up on action items
- Plan, organize, and execute internal corporate communication events and initiatives, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and developing creative communication content to support internal messaging
- Manage VIP visit program, including itinerary planning, material preparation, on site coordination, and cross department communication
- Perform other business or operational tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities
- Assist in content preparation (slides, posters, internal communications) to clearly convey strategy messages
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for events (agenda support, participant materials, photo/summary notes)
- Collect and consolidate employee feedback and ideas, helping translate vision into actionable improvements
- Provide general project support to the Winning Attitude core team, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up
