About the role
As an Intern with us, you'll join a team of recruiters who are specialists in their niche
markets. Your role will involve candidate generation, mapping and research for
candidates assigned by Principal Consultant or Manager. You can also expect to be
involved in managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, providing an
exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike. At the same time, you’ll
look to establish a strong pipeline of high caliber candidates within your sector so we
can always match the right people to the right roles.
Key responsibilities:
• Search for candidates with familiarity via all sourcing channels;
• Understand Job Description and map out qualified candidate;
• Log in good candidates’ CV into Profile system in a timely manner;
• Screen candidates via telephone and submit for Principal Consultant or Manager
for follow-up actions;
About you
To join us as an Intern, your skills and experience should include:
• Senior students at university or post graduate;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Demonstrate high level of energy and great interest in recruiting business;
• Previous internship experience is a plus;
