Role (Purpose of the job)
To support sales admin and logistics team
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain database for sales, input trucks information
• Process contract related work, such as get contracts signed, arrange courier to customers, file contracts and order forms ect.
• Process invoice related work, such as invoice scanning, mailing, filing ect.
• Process authorization&stamps, such as stamp for authorization letter&statement, insurance agreement, PO ect.
• Some other miscellaneous if needed
Key requirements:
• Fluent English, oral and writing
• Good communication skill
• Detailed oriented
