职位描述:

Work Location: Shenzhen, China 工作地点: 深圳

Responsibilities: • Coordinates sourcing projects, arranges new supplier audit and assessment, and sample coordination/ shipment • Collection and follow-up of RFQ/RFP and quotation processes • Provide general administration support to department • Departmental administration needs 岗位职责: • 协调采购项目,安排供应商审核和评估,产品样品派送; • 收集和跟进报价流程; • 提供行政支持;

Requirements: • Bachelor Degree, Junior Student or Undergraduate is preferred; can work 2-3 days per week; • Familiar with PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel, Power Point and Word document • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage) • Good team player and communication skill 任职资格: • 本科及以上学历,大三、大四在校生优先;每周至少可工作2-3天; • 能熟练操作Excel, Power Point, Word等办公软件; • 中英文读写良好; • 团队合作能力和沟通能力强;
