Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Manage calendar of VP
· Arrange and manage complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
· Process expense reports
· Maintain/Input business contacts
· Handle high level event/meeting coordination (onsite and offsite)
· Coordinate routine communication roundtables and all-hands
· Work closely with broader administrative team
· Special projects as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
· University degree in any discipline, master’s degree is highly preferred.
· Positive and flexible in response to ever changing priorities and needs
· Organized, detail-oriented, reliable with the ability to prioritize
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills, to clearly and effectively communicate withal levels of employees and external partners
· A self-starter and work efficiently with limited guidance
· A trusted partner, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all situations; high level of discretion, tact and judgment
· Can consistently manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong team-oriented spirit with the ability to motivate/mentor other admin
· Excellent comments in spoken and written English, English as first language speaker is preferred.
· Proficient in all MS Office applications
