Regular inventory

Range of responsibility：

1. Import and Export PR/GR/GI in SAP

• Operate purchase requisitions as planned
• Operate the goods receipt action as planned
• Operate the delivery actions as planned
• Verify GR and PO payment approval

2. Stock In and Stock Out

• Check quantity and information of tools
• Record quantity and information of tools

3. Regular Inventory

• Check information of tools
• Check quantity of tools

4. Toolpal & Qlink System Management

• Maintenance of master data and system
• Solution of daily problems of the system
• Ensure the system is continuously updated and developed
• Conduct new module and function tests
• Manage SAP interface
• Provide user training
• Handle order approval, budget, and inventory monitoring
• Apply for the quarterly budget
• Implement payment process to vendors
• Perform Qlink data export
