职位描述：

MyMM is the E-commerce APP under the Lane Crawford Group, offering in-season fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products.

MyMM partners with brands to produce meaningful and entertaining video content that we know our audience will love and share by the millions. Our videos are mobile-first and platform-first. Our shows feature style leaders who inspire viewers to look their best, lifestyle experts who help viewers lead a happier, healthier life, and useful tips that benefit everyday lives.

Now we are looking for an energetic and passionate Video Content Intern with a love for branded video content. Ideally you will have an understanding of working on video productions of different formats and styles, possess production contacts, be hyper organized, have equipment knowledge, and be a self-starter.

You will be required to coordinate a high volume of shoots, supporting the Video Content team (including the Video Content Manager and external agencies). Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Tracking / inventory gear and production supplies

Assisting in creating call sheets, when necessary.

Researching and help book locations for field shoots

Tracking receipts, organize expense sheets and credit card batches, and track petty cash

Coordinating travel for producers, crew, and studio personnel, when necessary, and create travel memos/itineraries for all travelers.

Planning meals and crafty for shoots.

Maintaining prop inventory

Ensuring gear room and wardrobe closet are always organized

General office duties

General support and assistance to Video Content Manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role. Previous internship or work experience required. In addition, a successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

Understands the mechanics of how production at a digital production studio is run.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve.

Should be able to communicate effectively both in-person, via email, and on the telephone.

Fluent in both English and Chinese

Must be EXTREMELY organized and detail oriented.

Must have the ability to handle last minute changes with grace and fortitude.

Must successfully operate in a team-oriented setting

Eager to work and eager to learn

Familiarity with the digital video and social media landscape

Must have the ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information as well as the ability to work independently, efficiently and able to meet deadlines

Well versed in production gear and techniques necessary to make digital, social video a plus.
