Job Summary : 1) Responsible for handling customer outbound survey; 负责处理客户电话回访。 2) Responsible for customer survey results analysis; 负责客户回访数据分析和整理。 3) Other daily relevant admin work. 其他行政相关工作。 Requirements: 1) University Students of Grade 2 at least. 本科在读 2) Speaking in a clear voice, mandarin standard, good communication, understanding capability and a keen sense of urgency in completing tasks. 普通话标准,拥有良好的沟通、理解能力以及能按时完成布置的工作 3) Good strain capacity in handling customers’ feedback. 拥有良好的应变能力,能妥善处理电话中客户提出的反馈 4) Comprehensive English reading and writing skills are required. 拥有良好的英文读写能力 5) Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. 拥有良好的办公软件操作能力 6) Internship lasts for at least six months. 实习期能持续至少3个月,6个月加分 7) Attendance: at least three days one week 每周出勤率至少3天及以上(工作日)
