岗位职责 · Collect data and track info to help team develop solid understanding of market landscape · Run user surveys and interviews to help team understand users better · Analyze data and drive insights to support product evolvement and ops moves · Work on product initiatives to help improve user experience and efficiency 任职资格 · Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or related area · Have clear logics and sound data analysis skills ( Proficient in Excel, SQL is required, and proficient in Python is preferred) · Self-motivated, hands on and responsible for project outcome · Good product sense and keen interest in user experience improvement is preferred · Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multinational environment
