Main duties/Responsibility:
• Examine and process paper claims and/or electronic claims
• Learn to determine whether to return, pend, deny or pay claims within policies
• Learn to determine steps necessary for adjudication
• Settle claims with claimants in accordance with policy provisions
• Learn to interact with agents and claimants by mail or phone to correct claim form errors or omissions and to investigate questionable entries.
Requirements:
• Can understand and speak basic English (CET-4), prefer English major
• College degree and above
• Diligent and eager to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Can learn to review moderately complex claims independently
