Job description:
o Provide balanced, scientific,timely and high quality medical information service by responding to unsolicited medical queries from external customers Via MI hotline and provide verbal response according to MI available documents (FAQs).
o Transfer the complicated medical queries to Sr. Medical Information for further handling.
o Identify potential adverse events (AEs) from medical queries, and report to the designated pharmacoviliglance department within the timeline according to local requirements.
o Identify potential product quality complaints (PQCs) from inquiries, and report to the quality department according to local requirements.
o Tracking all the incoming inquiries in local tracker/global MI system in time.
o Archiving all the medidical information documents to specific e-sites timely
Capability requirement:
1. Good communication skills
2. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in a challenging environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
4. Medical information retrival skills
5. Masters degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences/Health Sciences or related field.
6. Candidate is required to be able to on-site work at least three days a week, from 9am to 6pm.
