Position: Healthcare Analyst Intern  Role: This internship role supports the Origination team at MSQ with Biopharma industry-sector science support analysis, scientific therapeutic area research, new prospect outreach strategies, science (i.e., company’s drug developing pipeline assets) preparation, opportunity assessments-evaluation, capital markets analysis, and project management. You will work closely with senior executives and play an integral role in prospect-client relationship management, pitching, and closing engagements opportunities.   Responsibilities:   Support the preparation of prospect discussion materials presentation (i.e., MSQ’s pitch book), including science analysis i.e., company’s drug developing pipeline assets, opportunity assessments-evaluation, capital markets analysis, & Biopharma industry-sector science support-research   Support the development of new business and the maintenance-improvement of existing business via research coverage of global-regional Biopharma industry trends, analysis, insights, and updates  Requirements:   Academic background in Biology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering or other relevant majors  Strong communication skills – written and oral; Ability to communicate the values of the firm effectively   Integrity and hard work ethic with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, including the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team  Proficient in English MSQ Ventures provides comprehensive global biopharma cross-border advisory and transactional financial services targeting flourishing drug development and therapeutic life science firms globally and regionally, i.e., US, Europe, China, Korea, Japan, Israel, etc., for business opportunities in cross-border deal transactions, scientific collaborations, market assessments, in/out-licensing, capital raising, joint ventures and co-developments
