Roles and responsibilities:

- Support engineers to correct the data for improvement projects.(time data, operator’s workload data etc)    - Support to arrange meetings, trainings and make preparations (Invitation, print out materials and follow up…)    - Support for workshop preparations ( Book meeting room, date, material print, boards and flip charts …)   - Documentation management (Assessment, meeting minutes, training photo protocol…)   - Arrange calendar of conference ,seminar and support visit    - Reimbursement collection for all employees in BPS dept.
