日薪：本科100RMB/天  研究生120RMB/天

上下班时间：上午9点-下午5点30，中午饭补

Job description / Mission

·         Preparing shipping documents proactively for going through customs and CIQ purpose;

提前准备海运文件以用来检查海关和CIQ

·         Daily inputting/updating goods transit status in tracking database timely and accurately;

每日及时准确的在追踪数据库中输入/更新货物运输状态

·         Responsible for documents archive as department’s docs management policy;

根据部门文件管理政策，负责文件归档

·         Follow up inbound goods from picking till to receiving, highlight proactively if any abnormal;

跟踪货物从提货到收货的全过程，如果有任何异样需要主动强调

·         Other duties assigned by leader.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

·          University degree; 大学学位

·          Good in writing and reading English; 良好的英语读写能力

·          Familiar with computer skill (MS office software); 熟悉计算机操作（MS office办公软件）

·          Major course in international trade or logistics are preferable; 国际贸易或物流专业优先

Personality requirements

·         Strong attention to detail; 注重细节

·         Self-motivated, proactive, good team spirit; 积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神

·         Willing to learn new skills and knowledge; 愿意学习新的技能和知识
