主要职责： 

1.To ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meeting their needs.

2.Have a clear knowledge of the menu, wine and beverages including specials and promotional material.

熟知菜单、酒类和饮料情况（包括特殊食材和推荐食材）。

3.Attend all required briefings and training sessions.

参加上级要求的所有简报会和培训会议。

4.Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.

按照所有合理要求行事，或在公司制定的参数范围内按照工作时间或工作区域的变动要求进行工作。

5.Maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment and work area.

保持部门设备工作状态良好且清洁，保持工作区域的清洁。

6.Sustain self-reliant and efficient, working standards with minimal control and direction.

自主性强，工作效率高，遵守工作标准，无需上级作出过多管理和指示即可自行展开工作。

7.Acts on own initiative when appropriate within our operating parameters.

遵守我们的运营标准要求，同事工作中具有主动能动性。
