RESPONSIBILITIES • Collect and analyze macro, industry, and market data • Study and understand rules and regulations related to different equity and debt products • Assist in preparing pitchbooks for client meetings • Prepare regular market updates • Participate in live executions including IPO, private placement, CB&EB transactions and bonds, structured products, preferred stocks, etc. REQUIREMENTS • Undergraduate or graduate students with outstanding academic records • A genuine interest and understanding of capital markets • Native speaker in Mandarin and fluent in written and spoken English • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and attention to details • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Wind and Office/Bloomberg is a plus • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to conduct independent research and write reports
