Job Description
1. Business intelligence: collect and share information about China market news, evolution of key Indices to support the procurement strategy
2. Market analysis: perform investigation on selected Product and/or services in order to identify and the potential suppliers to be part of International Call For Tenders
3. Supplier Relationship Management : Collect detailed information on key / strategic suppliers to establish a “profile card” and prepare the performance meeting
4. Qualification process: contribute to the supplier evaluation performing Financial analysis, documents review, ...
5. Referential & information system : contribute to the update and evolution of the work instructions and e-applications supporting IPO activities
6. Administration & communication: contribute to the communication initiatives to promote IPO (mission, roadmap, achievements, ...) within Total and towards suppliers - Assist and organize the preparation of business trip
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelors Degree or above, major in Purchasing / Supply Chain / International Trade / Business Management / Analysis or relevant specialties;
2. Native Chinese speaker, fluent in written and oral English. French is a “plus”;
3. Mastery of MS Office (especially Excel) & Power BI;
4. Accountable, rigorous, analytical and synthesis mindset, curious and open minded
5. Well-developed communication skills and teamwork spirit;
6. Respect companys Compliance & HSE rule;
7. At least 4 whole days per week per month;
8. Minimum 4 month – 6 Month is a “plus”
