工作职责
- 处理审计部门日常的审计询证函的整理、寄发工作 - 追踪和整理函件寄发的快递记录 - 对询证函进行分类与归档 - 汇总信函数据和整理报告 - 协助完成审计支持部门的其他行政工作
基本要求
- 大专或以上学历,毕业生或在校生均可 - 熟练掌握微软办公软件 - 良好的沟通能力,关注细节,组织性强 - 良好的英文能力 - 有外资企业的工作经验者优先考虑
Responsibilities
- Organise and handle audit confirmations mailing work in the Audit Department - Trace and summarize mailing records - Assist in sorting and archive of confirmation letters - Summarise confirmation records and prepare reports - Assist in other office administration work
Requirements
- College Degree or above, both graduates and students are welcomed - Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word and Excel. - Good communication and organization skills, and detailed oriented. - Good command of written English. - Working experience in a multinational organization is preferred.
