Job Description
- To assist Chloé Maison’s CRM team to handle data management, data analysis and tracking, daily operation follow up per request.
Responsibilities
- Support in routine CRM reports, event tracking and ad-hoc data counts. Proceed data mapping in terms of sales and customers from various system sources.
- Support the execution of direct-to-customer communication across various platforms
- CRM gift stock management and result tracking
- Support in internal communication with boutique and digital product team
Requirements:
- Must proficient in Excel, good knowledge of BI tool like Tableau, Power BI is welcomed.
- 5 days per week, duration minimum 3 months, ideally up to 6 months
- Detail oriented, organized, strong sense of responsibility and fast learner
- Strong analytical mind and willingness to solve problems together, a team player
