ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Associates gain knowledge and skills through practical, technical and managerial training.
Associates usually carry out roles in various functions, divisions and geographical regions of the company.
The associate will learn functional and technical aspects of our business, as well as general leadership skills.
The program consists of two, 12-18 month rotations in different functions and divisions of Avery Dennison. Projects vary with the current business needs and utilize Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies.
r> WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain management, or related discipline
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Highly motivated and creative thinker
Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
Works effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects
Works independently
Willingness to relocate every 12-18 months into different businesses and locations.
May be required to be fluent in a second language.
