Job Responsibilities 岗位职责： 1. Provide on-site interpretation for U.S. workers during power transformer training, including shopfloor and daily communication. 为美国工人主变培训提供现场口译支持，涵盖车间培训及日常沟通。 2. Conduct two-way interpretation (Chinese-English) for production, process, equipment, and safety-related topics. 围绕生产流程、工艺、设备及安全内容开展中英双向口译。 3. Assist in translating and preparing training materials such as PPTs, process notes, and operation instructions. 协助翻译并整理培训相关资料，包括PPT、工艺说明及操作指引。 4. Support communication and coordination between Chinese teams and U.S. trainees during training activities. 在培训过程中协助中美双方人员沟通与协调。 Job Requirement 任职要求： 1. Undergraduate or postgraduate student; engineering majors with strong English skills or English/Translation majors preferred. 本科或硕士在读，英语能力突出的工科专业，或英语/翻译专业优先。 2. Strong command of English with good learning capability; able to acquire technical terminology and handle translation of professional documents. 英语基础扎实，学习能力强，能够学习和掌握专业词汇并完成专业文件的阅读与翻译。 3. Willing and able to work in manufacturing environments, including production workshops. 能够适应进入生产车间及制造现场工作。 4. Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills; able to support worker training arrangements. 责任心强，沟通能力良好，能够配合工人培训相关安排。 5. Available for at least 6 months, with 5 working days per week preferred. 到岗 6 个月及以上，每周可工作 5 天者优先。
