职位描述:
Job Summary:

To maintain the major devices; to improve the end user experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:  

1.Undertaking responsibility for evaluation, and technical support of PC/desktop (Windows 7), Networking, and cabling technology.

2.Perform helpdesk workflow procedures. Experience in Remote Desktop Tools/support Windows applications/supporting Microsoft Office components.

Key Measuring Parameters:

1.Technical capability in responsible area

2.Good communication skills

Qualifications:

Education/ Training

University / College graduate of IT related discipline with MCSE preferred

Work Experience

Language/ Skills

l Hands-on knowledge on PC hardware, software, and networking.

l Skills Required:

- Good knowledge on Windows 7

- Remote Support, VPN, Mcafee Antivirus, Printers Knowledge

Personality

Customer-oriented, proactive and initiative to solve IT problems
