IC projects span topics like Strategy & Execution, Processes & Efficiency, Integration, Innovation & Business Development, R&D, Organization Development and PMO across all Divisions. Internship Program, Inhouse Consulting (IC): The IC Internship Program offers an opportunity for high-potential professionals to gain insights into the work of an internal consultancy. Interns will be part of a broader team, working closely with IC senior consultants and associates, and with exposures to other parts of the business. Interns will contribute to a mix of strategic management consulting projects across the pharmaceutical, life science and performance materials industries, with steep learning curve. There will a good amount of on-job learning as well through consulting projects, with high visibility across all management levels. Candidates who complete the Internship Program successfully could be considered for the Global Graduat Required Qualifications •      You are pursuing an advanced degree (Master or Ph.D.) in one of: Medicine, Engineering, Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent •      Outstanding record of academic achievements in top universities •      Previous internship experience in MNCs is a plus •      Fluent in both Mandarin and English, able to collaborate with teams globally •      You have very strong problem solving, analytical and excellent communication skills •      You have experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) •      You have a proactive and self-motivated mindset •      You have a self-assured and confident personality
