1) Keep good records of commercial activities involving using IPRs, including marketing promotions, merchandises sales in order to support various legal actions/litigations;
2) Coordinate requests from the local business team, and provide IP documents (TM certificates, Copyright certificates, Chain of titles, etc.), and keep good records;
3) Maintain database of case/litigation files, trademarks portfolio, use evidence in relation to IPs used in daily commercial activities, as well as authorized online stores portfolio;
4) Assist in online monitoring and enforcement program, coordinate with the local creative team to provide authentication results;
5) Performing research and analysis on specific legal issues; also attending to online research to locate necessary materials for trademark prosecution matters;
6) Other ad hoc tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned by China legal team.
