Job description: * work closely with vendors and our financial & legal team on payment :quotations, invoices,contracts and requisition forms； * make reimbursement for teammates’ travel expenses； * reserve and arrange team meeting rooms；  * work ordered by boss and other general supporting for team.

Job requirements: 

* proficiency in office software, especially in word and excel;  * basic financial knowledge； * good at both written and oral English.

Personality: 

outgoing, good at communicating, careful and responsible;  Time requirements:  3-5 days per week, last 6+ months preferred. Internship wage: 25 RMB/h
