Customer Service - North America Region Position responsibilities: 1. Provide general service and solve issues for mainly North American customers via email and live chat. 2. Provide basic introductions to the products sold online and help customer place the order. 3. Provide service assistance related to placing orders, shipment, tracking and order status inquiry. 4. Collect customer’s feedback, process return for refund/replacement request and deal with complaints. 5. Be familiar with the up-to-date policy and SOP and attend training and test regularly. Requirement: 1. At least Bachelor’s degree and TEM 4; Good at English writing/reading/speaking/listening; 2. Great sense of service, communication skills, being able to work under pressure and quick-leaner; 3. Basic knowledge to the 3C products; 4. Good physical condition to adapt the night shift and the shift rotation; 5. Good at computer skills and MS Office software, especially MS Outlook.
