Content of job: Responsible for CCC daily operation, including inbound call and outbound call handling
1) Perform Out-bound survey
2) Handle and follow up customer requests
3) Case or issue escalation according to process
4) Customer Database updating, cleansing and maintaining
5) Reports and other paper work
Minimum competence
• Experience from call center related industry is preferred
• Strong belief in customer focus
• Good communication skills in Chinese
• Good team player
• PC knowledge (Office software)
