主要工作职责KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. 负责公自动化系统（PCS, EMS, PMS等）的维护以及持续改进，提高系统的可靠性 Be responsible for maintenance and continuously improvement of automation system (PCS, MES, PMS etc.) to increase the system reliability. 2. 提供设备和工艺自动化策略，技术评审，网络构建，系统需求设计以及项目管理。 Provide equipment and process automation strategy, technical review, network design, system specification and project management 3. 开发数据备份和安全，灾难恢复，配置管理，以满足GMP合规和数据完整性要求。负责生产设备及系统相关的计算机化系统验证 Develop data backup and security, disaster recovery, configuration management to satisfy the requirement for GMP compliance and data integrity. Be responsible for computerized system validation (CSV) for manufacturing equipment and system. 4. 构建和维护运营信息(OT)网络安全系统构架，确保其符合强生网络安全的要求。 Build and maintain the operational information (OT) cyber security system architecture to ensure that it meets the requirements of Johnson & Johnson cyber security. Provide technical support to clean utility system and related supportive system, and quality case 5. 为生产和工程团队其他人员提供技术培训和能力提升 Provide training to production team and engineering team for their technical competency elevation 6. 推进工厂生产自动化进程，包含现有设备改造以及新系统引入。 Promote site automation process including the renovation of existing equipment and introduction of new system. 7. 作为自动化系统的系统所有人，负责系统相关的风险评估、变更、试机&确认、异常事件发起和调查以及纠正预防措施等 As the system owner of all automation systems, Be responsible for system related changer request, Commissioning& Qualification, non-conformance initiation, investigation and CAPA.。 8. 持续推动杭州工厂建立高效、稳健、可靠的过程自动化。 Continuously driving HZ site to build efficient, robust, reliable process automations 9. 支持生产运营，参与设备/系统的维护保养和维修，确保设备及系统高效运行 Support production and operation, participate in equipment/system maintenance and repair to ensure machine running well with high performance. 10. 持续优化预防性维护体系，并提高预测性维护的比率来降低设备停机率，提高生产效率 Continuously optimize the preventive maintenance system and increase the ratio of predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and improve production efficiency 11. 遵守公司EHSS的各项要求，良好管理承包商，确保系统/机器安全，并作为IOSS的主题专家，完成主题相关的各项事务。 Comply with EHSS requirements, well manage contractors, ensure system/machine safety, and complete related tasks as a IOSS owner. 12. 完成其他直接经理安排的任务 Complete other assignment from line manager 学历与经验EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1. 本科或本科以上学历，自动化，电气等相关专业，3年以上工作经验,制药行业或医疗器械行业经验优先。 Bachelor’s degree in automation, electrical education background with 3 years working experience, Medical device or Pharma is preferred 2. 有中型项目自动化编程，系统架构设计，调试与确认和管理经验，有GXP背景优先。 Medium size automation project experience in coding, architecture design, commissioning & qualification is required, GXP background is preferred 3. 良好的质量体系参与经验和制药行业公用系统和生产设备GMP法规规范的实践经验 Excellent sense and experience of quality management system engagement and practice of GMP regulations related to pharmaceutical utilities, equipment 4. 熟练的英语沟通读写 Good English skill in both oral and writing 5. 良好的自动化项目管理经验，熟悉Siemens, Rockwell等相关中等规模的系统编程优先 Strong project management experience in automation, familiar with programming tools of Siemens /Rockwell is preferred. 必备技能 * ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES * 1. 分析能力、自我约束能力、独立学习能力强。 Excellent analytical, self-discipline, self-learning skills 2. 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。 Good cross functional skill in coordination and communication 3. 诚实正直，值得信赖，为人可靠，言行一致 Honest, trustworthy, reliable and consistent 4. 良好的抗压能力，态度乐观，精力充沛 Good ability to work under pressure, optimistic and energetic 5. 勇于担当责任，积极主动，对工作认真负责 Be responsible and proactive, and be responsible for work
