Investor Services is one of the core departments of Global Core Operations under Issuer Services, mainly in delivery shareholder meeting services to listed issuer clients. You will mainly support the team to ensure a timely service delivery that is also compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.

A role you will love
3-month internship from Oct to end of Dec, which is a fantastic opportunity for a university student to gain exposures in a global corporation and deliver shareholder meeting services to listed issuer clients in China.
Some other key accountabilities will include:
• Meeting Support. Fully support shareholders’ meetings in Beijing / Shanghai or other cities even some remote areas (cover all designated physical and remote meetings).
• Study methodology of handling all kinds of meetings, including cumulative voting / Online voting / voting with different WVR and so on.
• Conduct preparation work, including but not limited to, draft relevant documents, coordinate with relevant parties, meeting logistics and system set up.
• Assist daily operation of the team. Work closely with team members to ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful in this role, you will have good learning and time management skills, willing to travel domestically.
Other key skills required for the role include:
• University students, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related areas.
• Good communication skills, native in Chinese, no visa sponsorship.
• Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Available to commit to a full-time role from Oct to Dec.
