SAP Product Support makes sure that customer’s incidents and tickets can be dealt at the first time. In this position, you can closely work with global colleagues and communicate with customers from different countries. You will negotiate with them and check basic information to validate incident priority. After the internship, you will get familiar with SAP product and know standards processing procedures. What’s more, you can practice verbal English and improve yourself in the multi-national working environments.
Tasks:
· Help monitor global queue and maintain chat monitor.
· Communicate with global customers and validate priority.
· Check incidents with colleagues and provide solutions for clients.
· Assist team members in daily activities.
Educational qualifications & Skills:
· University students who will graduate in 2021
· Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
· No major background restricted.
· Can work for 6 months and 5 days/week.
· Expected work time: Feb/Mar 2020 – Aug/Sep 2020
