职位描述： 各条地铁线路，市区有班车；班车点覆盖1/2/4/6/8/9/16号等地铁线，可以抵达周浦东地铁站、龙阳路地铁站、世纪大道地铁站、金桥地铁站等 Roles & Responsibilities 岗位职责： • Assist in EHS documents, forms and records collection and filing EHS文档的整理、分类和归档 • Support on organization of meeting, inspection and workshop 支持组织EHS会议、培训、检查和内部活动 • Maintain and optimize training materials 维护和优化培训材料 • Assist in indicator data collection, consolidation and do reporting 协助收集和汇总EHS运营数据，并制作报表 • Support on EHS supervision, emphasis on tracking corrective and preventive actions implementation 支持工厂的EHS监督，尤其是整改预防措施落实的跟踪 • Other tasks when necessary 上级安排的其他事务 Requirements & Capabilities 能力要求： • Undergraduate students major in Safety Engineering or Environmental Engineering 安全工程或环境工程专业本科在读生 • Good English on reading and writing, level CET-4 or above 英文阅读、写作能力良好，CET-4及以上； • Good office software skill (word, excel, PPT), Auto CAD is a plus 熟练使用office软件，会使用AutoCAD绘图优先考虑 • Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility 良好的沟通和协调组织能力，负有责任心
