Objective
Support Learning project delivery, key responsibilities include tailoring solutions, controlling training budget, coordinating L&D resource and managing stakeholder relationship.
Brief Task Description
Support Training Course preparation and execution, including payment, training documents filing, and follow up assignment, etc
Internal and external administrative support to ensure training course to be delivered successfully
SAP HR Support
HMM management (E-Learning platform)
Special Learning & Development projects
Qualification
- Education: HR related education
- Experience: Previous internship in HR activity
- Skills & Competence:
1. Training support experience
2. Good interpersonal communication skill and be professional
3. Result-oriented, strong execution and self-management ability
4. Familiar with office software and basic network knowledge, SAP experience will be a plus
