Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities • Complete four, six-month rotations (2 years) at GE Gas Power (swap rotations across 12 GE Vernova Energy businesses). Train in GE’s core finance competencies to earn diverse on-the-job experiences: Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Finance & Controllership. • Partners with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes. • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. • Contributes to a wide variety of data analysis assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills. • A job at this level requires good social skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.2/4.0 • Proactive, willing to learn, well organized. • Proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point) • Fast learner, resourceful and curious Desired Characteristics • Interested in developing Corporate Finance career. • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Strong social and leadership skills. • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
