HR Administration
1. To set up employee hard copy filing and make sure all employees’ filing are complete
- Check the completeness of filing according to check list
- Complete all the missing files
2. To maintain e-filing database
- Assist the C&B Manager to check the excel employee database
- Collect employee information whenever necessary (mobile phone, email address, etc.)
3. Prepare work related certifications and courier to employees
4. Prepare for Birthday cards and courier to employees
5. Collect and update of leave, OT application
6. Prepare for vendor payment
7. Prepare for documents for foreign employee’s visa/work permit application/renewal
8. Assist HR Talent Manager with the HR projects.
9. Daily Administrative tasks
- Copy, Scan and send courier for related documents
- HR facility management: HR printer / stationery
- Ad.hoc support: Meetings/Activities/Workshop support
Hiring and On-boarding

Job Requirement;
1、High sense of confidentiality and responsibility, team worker, good communication & coordination skill, professional and service attitude
highly efficient, accurate and precise
2、Oral and written English fluency, MS Office skill proficiency esp. in Excel
3、At least 4 days per week.Better extend for six months.
