responsibility will be:
· Support sourcing and pre-screening of SG8 above positions. Search qualified candidates through appropriate multi-channels and contact them for their basic information, current status and motivation.
· Revisit candidates in old data and update their information with TA standard template. Sort out candidate database in an orderly type.
· Expand talent pool for specified companies through current candidate database.
· Conduct talent mapping in the guidance of experienced people. Provide useful talent market intelligence to recruiters and sourcers through telephone communication with candidates.
· Assist for intern recruitment if necessary in peak season.
· Assist for TA admin if necessary, such as material translation, TA related coordination, campus recruitment preparation, etc.
Requirements:
· Must have recruitment experience for MNCs or large internet companies. Prefer to have at least 2 months’ experience in recruitment agencies.
· Can accept to conduct “cold-calling” as a daily responsibility persistently.
· Outstanding communication skills in an international environment.
· Diligent and hard-working attitude.
· Result-driven and strong will to learn.
· Good logical thinking to explore and define market “insights”.
