Job description / Mission

·        Preparing shipping documents proactively for going through customs and CIQ purpose;

·        Daily inputting/updating goods transit status in tracking database timely and accurately;

·        Responsible for documents archive as department’s docs management policy;

·        Followup inbound goods from picking till to receiving, highlight proactively if any abnormal;

·        Other duties assigned by leader.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

·         University degree;

·        Good in writing and reading English;

·         Familiar with computer skill (MS office software);

·         Major course in international trade or logistics are preferable;

Personality requirements

·       Strong attention to detail;

·       Self-motivated, proactive, good team spirit;

·       Willing to learn new skills and knowledge;
